APPOINTMENTS AND CANCELLATIONS
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please give us 24 working hours notice. NOTE: For Monday appointments, please notify us by the previous Friday by 10am.
Failure to do so may result in you being charged a full cancellation fee.
CREDIT/DEBIT DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
For an appointment with us we will take a deposit to secure your appointment. This will be processed when the booking is made and is only refundable if our cancellation policy is adhered to. That is a minimum of 24 hours or for Monday booking we request you notify us by the previous Friday morning at 10am. If you are late for your appointment you may not be seen, as this makes all other patients late, and your deposit will be forfeit.
These are only refundable if returned within one month and in excellent condition with your receipt and full packaging. Prescription medicines for an individual are non refundable. Items such as pillows or medicinal garments are non refundable.
