We are in constant contact with all relevant authorities to make sure that we continue to do everything we can.
We adhere to all government regulations regarding Covid 19 and sanitise between patients and restrict the number of patients in the waiting area. We request all patients and friends or relatives to comply and wash their hands on arrival and use the sanitiser provided. Also, please to use a medical mask when entering the clinic.
If you experience a new persistent cough, have a high temperature OR have come into contact with a confirmed case of Coronavirus, please do not attend your appointment, self-isolate for 10 days and call 111.

During this period we will apply a reasonable cancellation policy. Please try and give our organisation as much notice as possible if you wish to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Some of our practitioners accept medical insurance claims. Please check with your practitioner or reception.
The fees charged for laboratory tests do not cover the interpretation or consultation.
Personal prescriptions are non-refundable and payable upfront. All other herbs or supplements are refundable if unopened and in good condition and returned within one month of purchase.
Certain products are non-refundable such as pillows, creams, suppositories, pessaries, orthotics.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
A fee will be charged for a medical report. Please ask the secretary.
Please note that we have a cancellation policy of 48 hours,not including weekends. a full fee maybe applied. the only exception to this is if you have Covid 19 symptoms and then let us know soonest together with your test results.
A deposit, or in some cases, the full amount may be taken at the time of your first appointment.
This can be done by cash or credit/debit card only. Cheques and bank transfer are not accepted.
All queries arising from a payment must be made within one month of payment with full details attached ie: dates and amount and products.
Practitioners fees are non-refundable unless there was negligence.
If you become ill between appointments please phone for advice if you are on a programme. If you become ill with possible Covid19 symptoms please advise us and follow government guidelines and do not attend the clinic.
In the unlikely event of a complaint please refer to your practitioner who will advise you of his or her procedure.
If your order does not arrive (they are all sent “next day signed for”) please advise immediately. It is the responsibility of the patient to report missing packages and claims must be made within 18 days of order. The Royal Mail only holds a parcel they are unable to deliver for a set time.
