It has been some time since I visited last and everything for me has passed by quickly.

I’ve been meaning to contact you for some considerable time. I came to your clinic in 2011/12 with what seemed to be a permanent (about 95%) sensory loss of taste and smell.

ENT consultants were of the opinion that the sensory loss was permanent and had showed no further interest. you were of the opinion that because the sensory loss was not total there was hope. however, I completed your course without any discernible improvement.

But slowly my sense of smell and taste returned where everyday tastes and smells are once again part of my life.

I want to let you know that since completing your course of treatment both senses are now working very well – it began with very occasional bursts of renewed taste and smell but i would say that all is pretty much back to normal – there is little wrong with it now, and has been for about 3 years.
